Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Each booking must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total payment due. Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Without payment of a deposit we will not accept any responsibility for the reservation of the booking.
A $50.00 booking fee is retained if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days from your arrival date.
Cancellation within 30 days of guests arrival is subject to 50% of nett booking fee. Cancellation within 14 days of guests arrival is subject to 100% of nett booking fee. No show is subject to 100% of nett booking fee.
A Cancellation will only be deemed to be acknowledged once we have received your cancellation in writing or via email.
